The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leg.colorado.gov\/bills\/hb23-1011\">Consumer Right to Repair Agricultural Equipment Act<\/a>, sponsored by Colorado Sens. Nick Hinrichsen and Janice Marchman, passed through the Senate Agriculture &amp; Natural Resources Committee Thursday on a bipartisan, 4-3 vote.\r\n\r\nThe bill now moves to the Colorado Senate floor. Senate President Steve Fenberg is a <a href=\"https:\/\/coloradonewsline.com\/2023\/02\/23\/right-to-repair-farming-equipment-colorado\/\">vocal supporter of the bill<\/a>, and Gov.
