You probably just want to get where you were going as quickly as possible.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, Frontier is one of four of the 10 largest airlines that hasn\u2019t agreed to rebook passengers on a <\/span>partner airline or another airline with which it has an agreement, at no additional cost. And that\u2019s even if the cancellation or delay was Frontier\u2019s fault. (Here\u2019s a chart<\/a> showing <\/span>the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT\u2019s) <\/span>commitments from the top 10 airlines<\/span> in cases of controllable cancellations or delays.)<\/span>\r\n\r\nBut you can still ask to be rebooked, if you want to be. <\/span>Airlines don\u2019t have to do this, but many will, if you ask.<\/span>\r\n\r\nTo make matters worse, Frontier is one of a <\/span>half-dozen airlines that DOT fined in November<\/span><\/a> for taking too long or refusing to issue refunds. Frontier was the only U.S. airline. The refunds involved flights that had been canceled or significantly delayed or changed, many dating back to 2020.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\r\n
